Forcetools advertising lies

Hi. I have baught a Piston ring compressor set from Forcetools and when i wanted to use it, it broke just as i was compressing the ring. I have baught other tools from them before and never had a problem. But when i informed them what happend they just sayd they wil not replace it and they advertise lifetime warranty on there tools. We did not misuse there product. My husband has worked with tools for 10 plus years and this is the first this has ever happend to us. They do not do what they advertise.
