Force Fit online sneaker ****

I purchased my son Nike sneakers from their online store on Black Friday. I enquired about the delivery of my purcahse a few days later and they responded that due to an influx of orders they have technical issues and will email me an update soon. No email received to date. Ive WhatsApp 'ed them about 30 times without any reply. I emailed their customer support email address *** about 12 times without a response. Their website and WhatsApp number +***5 seems inactive now.

These were meant to be for my sons Christmas gift and now we are stuck and unable to buy another pair of shoes.

I have my concerns that I have been ****med as they are now unreachable and not responding to my attempts to trace my purchase.
