Facebook advertising falls short

With exceptional advertising and allegedly great product reviews to be disappointed, I placed an order #FC21491HM online and paid for it as directed only to receive something else. In trying for resolution there seems to be little effort from the company and it's customer service department, the latest is that someone was reprimanded and that I should try on what was delivered.

I would appreciate one of two outcomes, the right product is delivered and the incorrect one collected alternatively refund my purchase in full and the incorrect item is collected.

Either way I will never again shop online off of an adverti*****t on Facebook as a result.
