Forbtech is pathetic beyond imagination!

An 'upgrade' was done on our system two weeks ago. Since then we have had nothing but problems with our lines. Communication is utterly pathetic. Problems are ignored. Technicians do not show up when promised. Emails are not answered. Management is unreachable, unapproachable and fail to intervene. In short STAY AWAY!
