Kayla booked me but was no show and left me hanging before cancelling my appointment 8 minutes before the session.

I booker an appointment to do a Vitality Fitness Assesment a month ago, recieved a confirmation of my booking, even got reminders during the day on the date for the test. My appointmemt was for 16:45, I was there by 16:30. When I got there was no reception, I waited for 10 minutes, the Indian lady came to me to let me know she was with a patient...I told her I have an appointment at 16:45. The lady checked in whose calender booker me for the appointment, she let me know was booked by Kayla. Who I called three times and did not answer her phone. I evrn waited for 15 minutee after the time scheduled for the assessment. This Kayla woman was not show. I have never bee this confused and disa****ted because I had clear my time for the fitness test. I was sitting in there asking myself do I really need this test? I answered myself, no...I am just trying to get Vitality Points.Other than that Indian lady that attended me despite having a session with a patient, Kayla was no where to be found. I left the place without knowing why I did not get what I was booked for. I was treated lile I was going to pay with credit or installments. Then I got an email that my booking was cancelled...the email was sent at 16:33, and mu appointment was at 16:45! What a level preffessionalism
