Apathetic, horrific customer service!

Luke was very friendly and helpful in the beginning. I delivered all my clothing to him for printing and received a proof from him the same day to which I rep**** immediately with corrections. I heard nothing from him in 6 days when finally I emailed him to ask for an updated proof. My email did not deliver. I tried to phone Luke and my calls did not go through. At this point I was nervous that he had run off with my money. Eventually I got through to him. Still nervous, I asked if my clothing would be ready to collect that day. He said he would ensure it would be. It wasn't. We agreed on the next day at 16:00. I arrived at 16:30 to be met by a young lady who told me my clothing was not ready. When asked how long it would be I was told \5-10 minutes". After 20 mins"
