I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding Footwearroom, which I now suspect is a **** operation due to the lack of fulfillment and communication regarding my order. I placed and fully paid for an order of two pairs of shoes (Nike Air Force - white in size 8, and New Balance 9060 - sea salt in size 6) on October 29, 2025. As of today, November 24, 2025, which is nearly one full month since the date of purchase, I have still not received my merchandise. This substantial delay is unacceptable and directly contradicts reasonable expectations for online retail, particularly given that no satisfactory update or resolution has been provided. The failure to deliver the paid-for goods within this timeframe, coupled with the apparent lack of genuine customer service or order tracking, strongly suggests that Footwearroom is not a legitimate business and is engaging in *****ulent practices.
