Hello Peter, i need help with regards to my sneaker order from Footvaultza an online store.

I have placed and paid an order on the 18th October 2023, I am still waiting for delivery. i cannot track the order even though they gave me a tracking number. I have tried send them several emails but with no response. Please hel me
