Worst experience EVER

On the 11th of October 2023, I had ordered sneakers with Footroen. I then received a receipt confirming my order. As days went by, I never heard anything regarding my order - I had to ask them what’s the update and that’s when they told me that they don’t have stock. I waited approximately a month for my shoes, I got them on the 11th of November 2023. When I got them, I realised they may be a little big and I therefore asked for an exchange which they granted. I sent the shoes back but received no correspondence as to whether they received them or not and if the exchange is ready. I once again followed but I started being IGNORED on Instagram and on WhatsApp. Whenever I called their number, it took me straight to voicemail yet it was so strange how a friend called them regarding my matter using a different cellphone number and they answered and even spoke. They have the worst customer service and only take certain peoples orders seriously and I was the unfortunate one. Till this day I don’t have the shoes, I’m being IGNORED still. Only God knows whether I’ll get them but honestly the service was very upsetting .
