No Delivery of order placed in December

I placed an order with Footroen.com on the 28th December 2023 I have only received one email on the 3rd of January regarding my nearest postnet address I have asked for further information on the order on email, phone number and whatsapp but no response I'm getting is on their Instagram page with them constantly telling me they have a heavy workload and they will ship it soon with nothing done further....No communication no response and calling the number on the invoice no response ***.

Either delivery my order or refund me my money immediately
