Footroen has ****med me

I bought 4 sneakers and only 2 were delivered I then reached out to find out what happened and I was told there was a mistake a mistake that costed me more than R6000 i have been sending emails,massages on social media pages to a point where none of my massages are being answered iam tired of writing emails all I want is a solution on how I can get my money back coz clearly they are not prepared to send the sneakers even after I was asked to choose another pairs since the ones I bought were out of stock
