My mom went there to get her hair cut for a special occasion and Mariette, the hairdresser, completely messed up the hair cut as well my mom wanted her hair coloured and Mariette didn't even colour all the white hairs at her roots correctly. My mom only saw 3 days later and went there to ask for a refund which she agreed to do. She said she doesn't have cash right now and that my mom must come another day. My mom told her that she will be sending her daughter, me, over the weekend to fetch the money.

Mariette then proceeded to send SMS's claiming all of a sudden that there are no white hairs and that my mom is lying, yet she is willing to "fix" the mistakes she did with my mom's hair.

Honestly if you looking for lies and poor service i recommend "footprints hair and beauty studio".
