Fungai Mutanda from Footprint LTA construction

Fungai the owner of the business Footprint LTA, quotes us on renovating our home, this would have been a complete revamp of our home. From the start we seem to have issues with this so called business owner. The first few weeks he and his girlfriend laid down on my lawn having a look at how the rest of the workers are working. He disappeared for a week at some point which resulted in me having to manage the site. Halfway through the project he came to us saying he under quoted and this would now be our problem. The work done is absolutely *******. We are now sitting with a renovation that is 3/4 finished and he refuses to come back to finish as he now says he only quoted for labour and not material, where we have all his quotes saying it included material as well. After a phone call yesterday he still refuses and we are now taking next steps. Please have a look at this name and business name and the name Fungai and make sur e never to use this guy. even his own electrician told us this morning that he is all about greed!
