Footlogix rip-off

I purchased the Footlogix Cracked Heel Formula. The nozzle to dispense the mousse is not working. I contacted Footlogix on facebook and provided my details to the contact person on Messenger. I explained that they can have the faulty product back to see that it is unused. I was assured that the product will replaced and it will be couriered to me. It has been 2 months. No product has been received. No follow up has been done. This product is R500 and I have an unused faulty product to show for it.
