Worst customer service,will think twice no matter the special.r thmatter e special

We ordered shoes on the black friday online deals on the 25th of November. As per their indication,Black Friday deals has an 10-14 day turnover time. Fine i completely understand. Up to date,no one has return any of my requests on all social platforms possible as to when delivery will take place. So can ANYONE return with an update,PLEASE!!!
