Viva Shoes = OUCH!
I recently purchased 2 pairs of Viva branded shoes from Footgear in Cape Town (Century City) and I have to say that they were really nice looking shoes however so uncomfortable! I was so determined to wear them though because they looked so good - however after 1 week of swapping them around to try and wear them in slowly -I had massive blisters on the back of my feet and almost lost a toe nail. NEVER BUY THESE SHOES!

We rarely have cases like these.
The shoe is a rather smaller fit, maybe a size bigger would have been ideal.

In a world where that level of service seems lost its good to know that there are companies that take matters like this above review seriously. I have always promoted Footgear to friends and colleagues - this interaction proves why I will always go back to them! They were happy to refund me and instead of I went got store credit and bought 2 new pairs of shoes that same day. Just that little care for the customer turned into more sales. Well done to this team and their brand. You will always have a customer here.
