very bad service level agreement

<p>I bought a pair of takkies at footgear not to long ago. The guarantee says 6 months if any problems occur with the takkies. My takkie tore and now the manager tells me that she has to first talk to the area manager which is gona take a few days then they will con tact me. So now I drove out all my petrol to them and I have to drive out even more petrol when I have to go back. When I told the manager about the guarantee she just told me that she don't want to argue and then walked away. I wasn't even arguing. I was just telling her what the guarantee ssays. I am very disappointed with the service. </p>
