Hi Footgear, <br> <br> My 5 year old and i were out at your Access Park branch on Saturday and it was a bit of a problem finding a sales person on the floor willing or able to help, and it frustrated me, we were about to leave the store when my son spotted this pair of takkies that he just loved, we looked for his size with not much assistance, when i realized there wasn't a pair in his size on the floor i decided to head to the pay point to ask a staff member to help me check with other branches if they had his size available. We were lucky enough to be helped by Nolusindiso Jouile, she is an awesome ambassador of your brand and called three stores inquiring about shoes sizes for my son, we eventually found a pair at Canal Walk, she had the pair put aside for us and my son and i took a drive over to purchase it. <br> Thank you for your kind and professional help Nolusinsiso, my son and i appreciate your efforts and assistance.
