terrible service from maponya mall

I went to maponya footgear requesting an exchange or a refund and the supervisor/manager was so rude to me and told me to go to west gate mall where i had purchased the shoes at and that where do i expect her to get money so early in the morning . bottom line is i was so upset with how they treated me and i didnt have time to argue with her or tell her off because i was in a hurry ,the following week i went to west gate mall branch and was treated so nice .
