Terrible customer service FOOT GEAR WORLD WEAR FAIRLANDS

<p>Went to the store to do an exchange and purchase shoes that were visbly advertised for R899 and a very rude manager as she calls herself by the name of Nikki told me i have to pay R950 and that made me reailse that there was a lack of principle and she advised me that it was a mistake and with that being the case how sould it affect me. I have over 6 pairs of running shoes and kiddies shoes that i have purchased from the store in the past. She disregarded me infront of other customers, called me unprofessional and stupid and went on to call another manager called Edwin Mutizira who threaten to attack me physically and even spoke in "Shona '' well i invited thim outside the store and he threatened to call security on me while other employees looked on and im not sure if the this mangers you employ have any idea or clue of what customer service entails.</p> <p> </p> <p>This does not end there as im logging a complaint against Nike store whom you sell their brand and makes it mediocore to say the list. </p>
