Staff problems

Staff don’t know there items or prices in this shop , I was at east gate branch , I enquired about a price on a cap I liked the woman told me R225 less 40% so when I got too the counter the man had no price for me I stood waiting for 15mins while he tried too find a price for me , then turns around and tells me I only get 40% when I buy 2 items , I will never support that shop again , ***** and *******
