So disappointing

Really one of the most disappointing places I have been to in regards to customer service. Never have a certain size in shoes and are very unwilling to help or explain why the shoe cannot be ordered. They promise to make a plan and when we take them up on that promise then suddenly it can’t be done. So disappointed! This is the place you’d think you’d go to find your prefect shoe, but you’ll just walk out dissatisfied.
