Shouted at by a staff member in dront of others in carpark

Good day

I sent my two sons in at your store to ask for boxes wich they recieved but included was a big box of junk and takeaway boxes etc of the staff I think. We left the box next to the car as my sandal broke so I got back into the car and was busy talking to my elder son to go and look for a pair of new sandals at the store.

The next moment a young skinny man fron you store knocked on my window and started shouting and screaming at me in front of all the other people in the carpark waiting for the various stores to open.

Believe me when I tell you this was one of the most ambarrassing moments of my life as everyone was staring at us.

I was told in no uncertain terms that I cannot leave thier ******* box in the carpark and his verbal loud shouting could be heard all over.

We actually planned to take the dirt box back to your store when my son went to look for sandals.

Your staff member did not even give me a second to explain. I told him not to talk to me the way he does and then he even went louder if that was possible.

I got back in my car and left fuming. Your dirt box dull of left over take aways amd coffee cups was then left in the carpark. Then this man still had the odassity to carry on screaming at us as we drove off. My son says he thought the man was showing me the finger as we drove of.

I really think his behaviour is digusting and not a good representation of your brand name and/or that store.

Disgusted never again customer in any of your stores.
