Service exceeded expectations!

I went to Footgear to purchase Skechers sneakers. Unfortunately this branch did not stock the shoes I was looking for. I was very disappointed but the service received from Sihle really made my day. He showed me other options, advised that he would call other branches to source what I was looking for and also said he would advise me should new stock arrive. I was happily surprised to get a call from Sihle today advising me of new stock. Sihle is a star - and I will be visiting this store very soon. Thank you Sihle!!!
