Salesman price promise denial

I went to Worldwear Mall Footgear store today 16 October to exchange shoes. My wife bought me shoes there yesterday which was a size too small.

The salesman Thulani and salesman Ronnie assisted me today 16 October to find a different pair of a different size. Firstly Thulani tried a salesman pitch wanting me to take two pairs of shoes insinuating they are buy one get one free.

Secondly after trying a few pairs of shoes Thulani gave me a pair which he said was R399 which was R499 when they tinged it up at the till.

Both salesmans Ronnie and Thulani denied it and as well as another office staff member thought it was hilarious to deny the prices that were given.

When phoning Paul at headoffice Ronnie and Thulani once again both denied the price they gave to me and also the area manager denied it.

They laughed me off, telling me they are not going to honor the salesman price and also laughed saying that security will escourt me out if I don't leave the shop.

Even security thought it was a huge joke. What a load of clowns.
