Sad, discouraged and i will never recommend Footgear to any1

Late between the 23 of July to the 1st august 2021,i bought my daughter a pair of pink converse at footgear they were on promotion,i was happy about the shoes i bought, thinking to my self i wont encounter any problels i ddnt keep the slip, the footgear ar shoes seems okay, a few day down the line the tags at the back started pilling off😲, on both the shoes, am was shocked that i bought quality shoes why would the pill off so soon, i then took the shoes the shop i told the manager what had happened, he said he would escalate the query then a lady called me to ask when i bought the shoes and that without a date they cant assist me, am so sad because we support such store and this is the treatment we received, i ddnt expect this from footgear i thought they take care of their customers, its my money i bought the shoes with, its my hard earned cash i would never recommend footgear ar to anyone, they not good for business.
