Ridiculous customer service

On 11 January 2019, I ordered a pair of the Ladies seasonal metallic Converse Chuck Taylor in white. At the time of ordering I had 2 pairs in my basket, in the same size as I liked them so much. I then decided to only order 1 pair. Not once during the shopping process was there any sort of notification stating that this specific item was no longer in stock. I finalized my order and received confirmation thereof, with my order number ********** . On 16 January, I received an email stating that I will not be receiving my order as due to a system error the item was no longer in stock and that my money would be refunded. I then responded, stating that there were more than one pairs available in this specific size on the day I made the purchase and that the service was completely pathetic and ridiculous. Today, I still await a response from footgear...
