****py Quality and customer service

Service and products are bad quality. How do you expect a person to pay R600 for shoes but I have to return it every month!!! Went there again today to ask for a refund as I'm fed up with your company and wanted to go but somewhere else but I get told I have to take the same shoe or pay more. So I want to know as a client why do I get punished if you are selling ****py quality why should I pay more as your company only causes inconvenience!!! It's horrible!!! The people that was there and "helped" was Khaya and Ithabeleng Mo***a at the tygervally branch. I would just like my money back to go buy somewhere else but it's like you force us to stay at your company!!! Not happy will be telling everyone about this
