Poor unreliable customer service

On Saturday 16 January I walked it to foot gear Boulders looking for Vans as a sales person from Eastgate checked for me a colour that I was looking for is available in boulders. Walking in I was assisted by khumo who showed me the colours they hv n unfortunately they did not hv my size. He went on my showed me asics that he said was on promotion for R399 he showed me the different colours . I asked to try on the shoes n he found me the size. I was happy to pay 400 for the perfect asics shoe I even forgot I was there to buy vans at least I ddnt travel for nothing. I continue to the tills to pay then left the store. On my way I received a notification that R499 was deducted from foot gear. I returned to the store to ask n on my arrival the was a signage with the same shoes I bought saying u save R4000 n pay 399 for same shoe same colour. I then asked the sale assistance y I was charged more. He took the shoe n went to a lady that I assumed was his supervisor. They spoke n he came to me n said this once r 500.i told him this is not Wat u told me. He walked away to help other customers while I went to the tills explained to the cashier n wen I was about to take a picture of the display they removed it the colour I bought. They went on n processed a refund without n apology or offer me the shoe with a price I sow it with. They jst did not care. They kept saying n Khumo did the same with another customer this morning. What I know is the price u c is the price u pay bt not at foot gear. I walked out of the store angry n promised never to set my foot in any of ur branches. U jst lost a customer because of ur staff that r not reliable. U can't tell me this price n charge me a different price that's false advertising.
