Poor quality shoes!!!

My husband bought me a pair of Puma sneakers in July 2024 for my birthday at Footgear fleurdal in Bloemfontein and hardly 4months down the line, the sneakers are falling apart. I seldom wear the sneakers and have only washed them once since but the quality is poor for the kind of money paid. I have emailed Footgear Customer Service on 12 November 2024 but to date I have not received an acknowledgement nor response to my complaint. I have tried to call so many times but keep getting a voice recorder about a high call volume, then the subscriber is not available try again later followed by a dropped call. This is not good customer service on the part of footgear, if they even CARE about their customers at all. I am beyond disappointed and feel cheated for not getting my monies worth. I expect prompt response from Footgear on the way forward!!!!
