Poor Customer service

On the 24/09/2024 i went to Alex mall footgear to buy a pair of jordan tekkies and I was assisted buy Amogelang Phetlhe. While i was paying Amogelang advised me that the shoes i am buying are R699 and i sore a special of R549.99 and she advised me that the special was on small size, i didn't have a problem with that i paid the R700 and i left the store when i got home a realized that the shoes were R649.99 they overcharged me R50. Today i went back to the store with the slip and i spoke with Amogelang and she called the manager Mbali Kubeka to advised her about my quiry and she said the only way to assist me they can refund me back my cash and i told her I don't want any refund i want what was due to me which is R50 and she said with an attitude that they have to take the money out from their pockets and i responded to her by saying can she please not make their problem mine because i believe if someone was placing price tag on the shoes and on the box it was supposed to be the same. The lady was very rude she started to shout at the shop that they can afford the R50 it's not that they are suffering and they don't have it at the i must come back. Mbali- manager has no customer service at all I bought shoes from footgear not to her(personally) I didn't want to know if she can personally refund me or not. I was expecting her to respond in a business manner not in that way. I felt undermined by Mbali Kubheka management skill, she humiliated me in front of her staff and customers. Amogelang was better than her manager she was very polite.
