Poor customer service

Worst online services ever. I bought shoes on the 26 of November of which I now need to make an exchange I'm being told online sales are cheaper if I exchange at a branch I need to pay the difference😳what kind of **** is that it was an online sale whereas do we need to make exchange. Worse their policy doesn't say that went to one branch they didn't tell me those **** they were willing to make the exchange but didn't have the right size but the manager at Mabopane branch told me that. I have send emails no response my calls are not answered. Worst poor service ever. I will never buy from this store. They should consider training their managers. So irritated
