Poor client satisfaction

On the 29th of june 2018 i went to footgear maponya mall to go buy the trainer i saw so unfortunately it was out of stock ... i was with my 5yrs old son he asked for one of the ballons in store so i asked one of the staff member standing by entrance he refused to give him one because we did not buy anything so my son will not get a ballon . I was really shocked and disappointed my son was so sad and crying when we left, i dont see myself going to buy anything from their stores anymore... Lettie Mabuya
