PATHETIC AND SAD CUSTOMER CARE FROM FOOTGEAR CORNUBIA

My brother purchased a pair of takkies on 1st November 2022 from Footgear Cornubia. He realized the loop at the lace was torn, he went back to the Cornubia footgear anc showed them the takkies...They phoned around and found a size at Musgrave branch and advised him they will contact him on Saturday 5th of November 2022. No communication from them. He goes back on Sunday 6th of November and requested a refund...they said, "THEY HAVE NO CASH IN THEY SHOP".... Today is the 8th of November, no communication still... It's so sad this shop just wanted to make a sale, pathetic customer care and service delivery. They have no care in the world how a person gets this money to support they shop to buy goods and petrol costs they use to drive back n forth to their shop. .

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC..
