Online orders
I have ordered a parcel on 05 May 2020 and sent a inquiry on 11 May 2020 on when I will be receiving my order or what is happening. I've received a response that they are operating and will be processing my order yet other then that nothing... They promised I will receive the package yet the online team has made no contact at all.
I understand it's lock-down, but twee weeks for a online order to be processed is a bit much.
