Need the store to send a refund Request to Pay Just Now for my money

I visited the store in Sandown, this is their address: Shop G09A, Sandown Retail Crossing, Sandown Rd, Milnerton Rural, Cape Town, 8001, it was on the 7th of August, wanted to purchase a sneaker using pay just now, they process the transaction with pay just now, and 325 was deducted, there was an issue with my bank card, so the sore cancelled the transaction on their side, now I was asked to pay another 325, I couldn't, so I was told to contact Pay Just Now for refund, I did and they explained the refund process, which was to be done by the store went to the store and explained, up until today they have not sent the email to Pay Just now for my refund,31st of August Pay Just Now deducted another installment which makes it 650 now, I am angry at the fact that I am paying for something I did not get, I have been going to the store to ask them to send the refund request, I am losing my patience, I need my money.
