IS FOOTGEAR TEKKIES WORTH THE PRICE
I bought a pair of Fila sneakers on 20 May 2024 at the St George's Mall in Cape Town. The shoes is spelling off and opening in front. I paid over a R1000 and I bought it for winter Disappointed in this product. Can I take it back as per 6 month gaurentee

27 Aug 2024, 23:47Thank you for your response however I went to the branch Wednesday 21 August 2024 to bring this matter to the branch manager's attention after showing him the response from the customer care. According to.Dillon the condition the tekkies was in was due to wear and tear and that it's entirely up to him and that he have the last say. He also told me that Fila is not one of Footgear's top brands. He was ****y and said that my review meant nothing and that he has the last say in this matter. I feel disappointed. I am going to take. S few pictures and email it to the email of customer care. Thank you
