Horrible service

I placed an order at footgear on 25 November till today I have not received my order I can’t even track my order as their website says I have no orders placed, tried reaching out to them various times they do not respond to emails nor pick up phone calls. I must say I’m highly disappointed at your service and the worst part is I’m in Cape Town and the online service is also based in Cape Town but the order takes more than 10 days without any contact or update from you guys, I feel like I am ****med by Footgear.
