Highly ,Highly Disapointing Service

<p>Today i went to Footgear at Parklands Sundowns to laybye a new allstar takkie. I saw a shop assitant named Jonathan and asked him about the laybye percentage. When i asked him for help he ignored me but then i thought he did not hear me. I then asked him again regarding the laybye percentage and he ignored me once again. I then asked him for the third time and he told me that "I always come to the shop and ask about prices withiout buying" I asked him as to when did i come to ask for the price and he told me that i came last month and asked for a price but did not buy. I then approached his manager and he tried to sort the matter out. While i was talking to the manager Jonathan the shop assistant came and told the manager to not listen to me. Jonathan then told the manager that they should give me the Head Office contact details and complain if i dont like how he assisted me. Jonathan and I nearly got into a fight as he was soo rude to me . I wanted to laybye that all star. Just because i came last month which i didnt as i was not working in Sundown last month but whether i came and asked for a price but did no buy anything doesnt mean that i cannot buy or laybye next time. I am highly disapointed with what happened today, and i was like if Jonathan does not respect his own manager how will he respect customers? I am so disapointed and regrets going in there at first place.</p>
