Happy customer

I was at your store on Mar, 3rd, 2025 1 Jumbo Rd, Arcadia to exchange a pair of tekkies that was given to me as a birthday gift.

And I must say the staff there is very helpful. I was in the store for about 45 minutes and didn't see any thing I liked but the staff was very patient. I didn't get any names but they are awesome. The one staff member fetch two different types of tekkies hoping that I would like it, but unfortunately it wasn't my style. The staff member that assisted me on the sales floor informed me that they just received boxes and that he would open it to see if there is anything I would like. And also I didn't.

I ended up taking something for my son.

I would just like to say that I loved the experience even tho I couldn't find anything for myself atleast I got exceptional customer service.
