Great customer service

This review is directed straight to Wendy the manager in Footgear Khayelitsha Cape Town, I have been having issues with my online order which I placed on 25 November and was not delivered, I have been going to store she would make means fo me to be contacted even though the online service would fail her at time, today’s incident I will never forget it, I went to Footgear today the lady went an extra mile for me and she made sure i received my order, without her I wouldn’t have my items as I received the items directly from the store. Thank you so much Wend for the excellent service.
