Footgear- Viva brand BAD QUALITY

I bought some boots at footgear Maponya Mall on the 26/ 04/2021. The viva brand, the quality is very bad. I only worn them twice and they are already torn. I don't know what to do with them because I can't find the slip. I'm very dissappointed on Footgear for selling such a bad quality.
