Footgear ****s Customers through Online Shopping

Stay away from Footgear online shopping, my husband ordered sneakers from Footgear #402168, for my daughters Christmas present and we have not received our order. We received an email a week ago to say "order complete", yet we have not received the order! WE had NO communication, no updates and their listed numbers for customer care and head office go straight to a voice mail system. We have emailed and still have no feedback.

I have read 1000s of similar reviews on Facebook and other google platforms like Hello Peter, its clear that Footgear are ******** their customers online and should therefore stay away from their stores out of principal!
