Footgear Online sales is a ****

Do not even try to order online!!!! As i write this review its the 08 December 2021 I placed an order and paid for the black Friday special on the 24th November 2021. I immediately received a tracking number from Dawnwing the next day to track my parcel . I tracked it for a week and the i realised its not moving i called Dawnwing and they confimred the parcel was never collected by them the collection was cancelled by Footgear. I called footgear spoke to Zikhona Qongqo, provided her with all the information she required, since then i havent heard a thing from her. No update I've been calling and no one picks up. I have been messaging them on Instagram No Response . At this point I feel ****med. This was my first and last Online order with them quite frankly ill never ever buy from their stores. I just want my money back !!! In full !!! I have mailed , messaged on Instagram and called them asking for a refund Still no response. We in a digital world where everything goes fast half the things I own i have purchased online no one has time to physically go shopping . Footgear is impairing their ability to move with the times and profit from online sales. I am not the only consumer that has been ********** on their black Friday online sales and they will never see us again!!!
