Footgear online order

Horrible service with a capital letter H! I purchased online on the 25th of November 2021 and I have not received my parcel nor communication of where it is. I am being sent from pillar to post, they do not answer emails or calls and when they eventually pick up the phone they don't even know where the parcel is, HOW PATHETIC? Their service sucks and they are very unprofessional!! I just want my refund at this point and I will never, ever purchase from them again.
