FOOTGEAR IS THE WORSE EVER. *****!!!!!

I received a call from one of footgear consultants (Alinita) she told me my order has been canceled due to technical issues and I will get a full refund the number given to me is just ringing. No answer from the Cape Town number. My order was placed on the 29 Dec I feel that I have been ****med and I need to get to the bottom of this no reply on email nothing. I placed the order with footgear as I know it's a big retail. This has been the worse service I've received in my life. I need URGENT CONTACT WITH REGARDS TO MY ORDER. I WANT MY MONEY
