Footgear is ******** people

I placed an online order with footgear on the 25th of November when they had blackfriday sale. I ordered 2 pairs of pink gals sandals size 7 for both and a size 7 pair of adidas sneakers. I paid for my order, footgear went silent for days until i queried and they send me an invoice via emails. 2days ago the order was delivered when i open the box there is only 1 pair of pink puma sandals not 2 and a pair of Adidas sneakers, i was suprised, i sent wrote to them on Facebook, they asked me to send DIRECT MESSAGE i did that, i sent emails after that. Today i am getting an email that my order is COMPLETED, emailed them back telling them that i still haven't received my 2nd pair of girls sandals, i send them pictures and my invoice but still no response from them. Footgear is such a **** and will never again order from them. They have all my details yet they keep asking me which item is missing.

I need help to sort this out
