Footgear and Dawn wing whos telling lies

My husband place a order on the 27the November online till this veey day i have no received my order i got to sms from courier company Dawn wing that my order will be delivered tuesday now today again. FOOTGEAR calls me to say they dont have stick of my shoes whos lieing to me this is not right my husband has paid for my order and what happens if i leave on hoilday next week wear woild my kids get shoes for the trip
