Footgear Alberton City and Footgear New Market Mall Poor Service and Treatment

Alberton City branch, Poor service and I’m never buying from them ever again, I bought sneakers for my child and it was big upon my return to the store I was told they will find another store that will have the smaller size for me and the guy asked the manager who is on her cellphone with someone from the other branch in New Market and they discussed about the shoe and they advised that they have the size I’m looking for and I immediately drive there and on my arrival the shoe was on display dirty and off colour and I asked if this is the shoe they were referring to and they said yes and I’m like I can’t this shoe in this state and they say wasn’t I told that it was on display and I’m like if they would have told me I was not going to even waste my time and I requested my refund and I’m told they don’t have money. Angry as I was I drive back to Alberton City Footgear and I request for my red and the manager tells me she already checked out her till and can’t refund me and I asked why they sent me to New Market Mall if they knew the shoes were on display and she tells me that she wasn’t told that it was on display and I’m like you both on the cellphone talking surely she would have told you that the shoe was on display but you sent me there. Clearly I was made a fool to avoid paying me back my refund. I’m livid right now and I want my money back. 🤬😡🤬😤😡🤬😤
