False promises

I was yesterday at centurion mall footgear i requested a orange size 7 sneaker they told me they have no stock but they would check which stores had while I waited the lady told me that footgear in access partk cape town has one I specifically told her I will transfer money into my brothers account in cape town she agreed and said no problem I phoned this morning and no one knows about it I called a lady from head office and left my number I am still waiting for a response this is pathetic service she **** to me knowing there is no stock what now
